About Sam

I started my real estate career in Taupo where I regularly achieved top 100 NZ for a major international real estate franchise before moving to Gisborne and forming “Mike’s Real Estate” with Mike.  

While Mike is the front, I provide admin and backup support as requested (oh and lots of advice whether he wants it or not!!) we also own and operate “Gisborne Rentals.com Ltd” a locally based property management company.

Between us we have lots of children, plenty of grandkids, two dogs and a cat to keep us busy, plus I’m also RSM with a team of 160 to look after in a local retirement village so we lead active and happy lives.
